Leading SAFe
What is the Leading SAFe® training?
Leading SAFe® is an accredited training from Scaled Agile Inc. dedicated to managers and leaders of organizations facing the challenge of scaling the development of products and services using Agile and Lean methods in a complex environment. If your organization has a complex structure with numerous processes and combines project-based, process-based and product- based approaches, it is definitely worth exploring the entire toolkit behind SAFe®.
Participants, by discussing the components of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) in the latest version, as well as through case studies and workshop exercises, will learn the principles, how to prepare PI Planning (Planning Interval Planning), organize work around Value Streams, as well as they learn the success criteria and the classic dead ends in the digital transformation of the organization.
The SAFe® framework by combining the Agile and Lean mindset with the Lean Enterprise and DevOps concept allows organizations to transform a functional silo into Agile teams, manage the portfolio and program in an adaptive way, implement the concept of Continuous Delivery and thus shape the DevOps culture.
Who’s behind this?
Dean Leffingwell as the creator and main methodologist known for the bestselling “Scaling Software Agility: Best Practices for Large Enterprises” and Drew Jemilo as co-creator, main contributor, consultant and instructor, are at the forefront of the SAFe® concept. The whole concept is based on the experience of co-creators and other contributors starting from 2011, when the first version of this concept was developed.
Over 200 Scaled Agile Partners around the world (along with independent trainers) provide training, consulting and support complex organizations in long-term digital transformations.
