Training description:
What is the Management 3.0 Agile Change & Co-Creation Leadership training?
For people who have already completed the Management 3.0 Foundation™ accredited training and who are looking for further knowledge and inspiration by going even deeper into the practical use of the idea of modern leadership, a bundle consisting of 2 trainings was created:
- Management 3.0 Agile Change Leadership™
- Management 3.0 Co-Creation Leadership™
The Management 3.0 Agile Change Leadership™ training program supports the development of leadership competencies to lead organizational change processes. You will learn how to build a
community in the change process, create
inspiring and aligned objectives, and define
constraints for experimentation with various change initiatives. During the workshop you will experience many practices and games depicting the complex context of changes, and this will allow you to understand how people go through them, minimizing the risk of paralyzing change by the work environment.
On the other hand, the Management 3.0 Co-Creation Leadership™ training program will inspire you to
co-create initiatives in a complex, often
hybrid, and even
fully remote work environment. You will learn how to stimulate
creativity and innovation while keeping meetings in check. You will learn ideas taken from Agile methods and frameworks, supplemented with selected facilitation techniques, tools and strategies of creative leaders.
During the training, each participant will be able to define the
challenges faced by the
3.0 leader, then diagnose in which areas he triumphs and in which he still needs development. You will
leave the classroom with a set of actions for yourself and for your organization, developed during the training based on your own experience.
